- Accelerated Cure Project for MS, with the Boston Cure Project as the national headquarters and New England affiliate. Low Dose Naltrexone for Multiple Sclerosis Naltrexone is an FDA-approved drug. LDN is an off-label use of naltrexone in a low dosage. It does requires a prescription from a doctor.
- All about Multiple Sclerosis: The aim of this site is to provide accurate medical information about multiple sclerosis from the perspective of someone who has the disease. It includes a lengthy description of the disease, an archive of news stories, an encyclopaedia/glossary of terminology and a large links section containing hundreds of recommended and rated links.

- Clear Thinking about Alternative Therapies: This is a brochure published by the US based National Multiple Sclerosis Society. It is hoped that it will help you be an active and informed consumer!
- Vitamins, Minerals and Herbs in MS: This short booklet published by the US based National Multiple Sclerosis Society focuses on the use of popular vitamins, minerals, and herbs by people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The use of these supplements is one form of complementary and alternative medicine, which we'll call CAM.
- MS-CAM: Complementary and Alternative Medicine: This site is run by the Rocky Mountain MS Center, a non-profit corporation located in Colorado. Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is becoming increasingly popular, especially among people with chronic diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS). This site provides objective and accurate CAM information related specifically to MS.

- International Organization of MS Nurses: The International Organization of MS Nurses An international organisation aiming to facilitate communication, skill development, and standards in nursing care of people with multiple sclerosis. IOMSN is a recent development primarily based in North America.
- MSWATCH: Dedicated to helping manage multiple sclerosis, MSWATCH is one of the largest online communities for people with MS and their Care Partners. Members have access to the latest information and research, answers from experts, and important tools that help manage multiple sclerosis. Provided by Teva Neuroscience LLC.
- Multiple Sclerosis Foundation: a non-profit organisation for those affected by Multiple Sclerosis, providing newsletter, support services through traditional and alternative means.
- MS Society: MS Society of Great Britain and Northern Ireland includes details of MS Society branches, MS Society funded research, living with MS and advice and support.
- MS Society Scotland: The Multiple Sclerosis Society, Scotland is Scotland's largest charity for people affected by multiple sclerosis. It is part of the MS Society of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It includes news on research and on local Scottish branches.
- Multiple Sclerosis Trust: promotes MS specialist nurses. To make a positive difference for people with MS is why the Trust was started. MS may be incurable but it is far from untreatable!
