The Scumball Rally for Multiple Sclerosis

scumball drivers for MS Research with Brian Pagington pointing at the charity logo in the middle Two west country businessmen who just love to do up cars and drive are participating in the “Scumball Rally”, an event that starts in Nottingham and ends with a drive round the famous Nürburgring. This is an event run for and by car enthusiasts who like to put their skills to the test! It is NOT a race but rewards the best cars, those who raise the greatest sum for charity or those with the most well presented cars -as well as awarding a few “worst of“ prizes! Basically it's a great excuse for car enthusiasts to apply their skills in bringing older cars up to high standards of roadworthiness as well as getting together to have a good time and exchange tips and experiences. The car, a 2.5l Vauxhall, is covered in the charity's logo and those of their supporters.


This type of event helps our charity to provide funds for the necessary MS research and provision of information which takes place at the MS Research and Resources Unit in Bristol. Many thanks to one and all!
